Putting Arts in the Picture: Reframing Education in the 21st Century edited by Nick Rabkin and Robin Redmond, 2004, Columbia College, Chicago.

Beyond Enrichment: Building Effective Arts Partnerships with Schools and Their Comunity, Jane Remer, 1996, is another seminal document in the field.
In 1999, CAPE's Founding and Creative Director, Arnold Aprill, co-authored Learning Partnerships: Improving Learning in Schools with Arts Partners in the Community published by the Arts Education Partnership, the U.S. Department of Education, and the National Endowment for the Arts.
